On 25 February, Khru Prateep, staff and children welcomed Ms. Sung-Eun Kim (Minister, Political Section, Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Thailand) and her family on a private trip to the New Life Project, Kanchanaburi Center. The Kim family were so happy to take part in activities with the children. Ms. Kim’s daughter, Emma kindly taught a short English language lesson to the children. They also donated some essential personal items to the children. Prior to this visit, Ms. Kim had visited the NLPK with her embassy colleagues on behalf of the embassy, which donated a budget to renovate the playground and purchase playground equipment. The NLPK hopes to welcome them again in the future and gives thanks for the Kim’s hospitality to the underprivileged children. (25 February 2024)
