Since she came to live at the DPF’s New Life Project (NLPK) rehabilitation home for abused or abandoned children, Ms. Kanitha Chaiyothin (“May”) has always dreamed of becoming a nurse. That dream has now been fulfilled thanks to the care and encouragement of the NLPK staff and the crucial financial support of “Willies Orphan Fund” while she was studying. Ms. Kanitha recently graduated from the Faculty of Nursing at Siam University, and on 12 March Khru Prateep and Ms. Sairoung Raksachorb (Head of DPF Sponsorship Section) joined her at the “Capping and Pinning Ceremony” to offer their congratulations. She is currently looking for a hospital at which she can put into practice all the skills she learnt in her studies. Her full graduation ceremony will take place next year. A huge thank-you to Mr. Willie Gregg and all the supporters of “Willies Orphan Fund” for giving “May” the chance to achieve her life dream.
