Dongsadao Village, a small Karen community in Kanchanaburi Province has no access to electricity. Braving the rain, the “Nithan Caravan” team from the Duang Prateep Foundation made their way to this remote village, bringing with them a lively caravan of puppet shows, games, and creative activities designed to spread joy and teach valuable lessons about waste separation to both children and adults. The children were captivated by the puppet show, a magical experience they had never seen before. They learned how to separate food waste, plastic bottles, paper, and other materials, and how this simple act can help protect the environment. As a heartfelt gesture, the team also handed out reusable cloth bags to villagers.
