Duang Prateep Foundation Welcomes Study Tour to NLPK

From August 8-12, we were delighted to welcome the Japanese Study Tour group led by Professor Furukawa. During the visit, the group participated in a variety of enjoyable and meaningful activities. They celebrated Thai cultural traditions such as Songkran, Loy Krathong, the Bai Sri Su Kwan ceremony, and Mother’s Day. The Study Tour group also engaged in agricultural work: caring for palm trees, harvesting papayas and dates, and planting banana trees to help support the project’s sustainability. In NLPK, they took part in creative workshops like garland making, crafting key chains, and making banana chips. The children also enjoyed the Japanese Festival led by Professor Furukawa and his team, featuring fun games, painting, and bingo with prizes. These activities fostered learning, cultural exchange, confidence-building, and lasting joyful memories for everyone.
