Forty employees of Coca-Cola carried out volunteer activities at the Duang Prateep Foundation (DPF) from November 18-20 as part of the Swire Coca-Cola Global Service Trip Program. During their visit, Swire Coca-Cola executives and staff participated in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event. Activities included: Khru Prateep briefing them about the community's history and challenges, touring different sections of the Klong Toey slum community (including Lock 1-2-3, Lock 4-5-6, and 70 Rai), interacting with children at two child development centers, helping to serve lunch, repairing and repainting the community playground. On the last day, they joined in learning to make a Thai dessert with the DPF elderly group memberd. The activities finished with Coca-Cola handing over the completed playground to Mr. Bumrung Samneangngam, Director of Klong District, on behalf of the Lock 1-2-3 Children's Center. Thank you so much for the valuable CSR activity that gave good experiences to the Coca-Cola team and the poor children received a new playground to play with enjoyment.
