On a Fact-Finding Mission

On 6 May, we were pleased to welcome members of the Thammasat Leadership Program from Thammasat University. They were here at the invitation of Khru Prateep to observe the projects and activities of the Duang Prateep Foundation. In an activity-filled day, our volunteer firefighters showed them how to perform CPR on injured patients, they walked in the community to see houses which have had their electrical wiring replaced as part of the ‘Warm Hearts: Electrical Wiring Replacement Project’ to help reduce the risk of fire hazards. They also observed the Recycling Center for the community people, who return recyclable materials and receive some money or other materials to use in return. The visit concluded with our guests providing lunch , ice-cream, doughnuts to the kiddies at the kindergarten.
