Support for Evacuees as Border Fighting Flares

As live firefights raged between Thai and Cambodian military forces on the two countries’ shared border, thousands of local civilians were evacuated to safer areas. To assist the displaced people, representatives of the Duang Prateep Foundation travelled to two evacuation centres in Surin Province on July 26 and 28 to distribute UHT milk, baby diapers, instant noodles, water, and other essential items.
