A Date with Good Health

The New Life Project at Kanchanaburi has just completed its second harvest of delicious date fruits from their palm orchard. The centre first planted the palms in 2020 at the recommendation of the Watsapan temple abbot, who also donated the young trees. Grown organically at NLPK, the date palms bear the health-giving fruit once a year. They are another valuable and sustainable project for income generation at the centre.
